These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Pro Chauffeurs’ website, booking system, and limousine services. By accessing our website or booking a ride, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Service Agreement

  • Pro Chauffeurs provides professional chauffeured transportation services in Toronto and the surrounding areas.
  • By booking a ride, you enter into a service agreement with us, subject to these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or engages in unsafe, unlawful, or disrespectful behavior.

2. Bookings & Reservations

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized partners.
  • Reservations are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS.
  • Customers must provide accurate details (pickup location, time, passenger count, luggage, etc.). Pro Chauffeurs is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Fares are calculated based on vehicle type, distance, time, and additional requests (e.g., extra stops, waiting time).
  • All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments can be made online or directly with the chauffeur through approved payment methods.
  • We may require a deposit for certain bookings (e.g., hourly, event, or long-distance trips).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup: Full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time: 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (failure to appear at pickup location without notice): Full fare will be charged.
  • For airport transfers, if your flight is delayed, we adjust pickup time based on live flight tracking (when details are provided).

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must comply with all applicable laws, including seatbelt regulations.
  • No smoking, vaping, or consumption of illegal substances is allowed in vehicles.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger (intentional or negligent) will be billed to the passenger.
  • Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle requires special cleaning due to passenger conduct.

6. Waiting Time & Extra Charges

  • Airport pickups include complimentary 30 minutes of waiting time after the flight landing.
  • Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
  • Additional waiting time is charged per 15-minute block as per our rate card.
  • Extra stops, route changes, or extensions may incur additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Pro Chauffeurs is not liable for delays or missed flights/events caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, accidents, or road closures.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings inside the vehicle.

8. Safety & Conduct

  • For safety reasons, chauffeurs may refuse service if a passenger is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a risk.
  • Pro Chauffeurs vehicles are regularly maintained and insured in compliance with Ontario regulations.
  • We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater capacity in case of unforeseen issues.

9. Advertising & Promotions

  • By booking with Pro Chauffeurs, you consent to receiving service-related updates, promotions, and offers via email or SMS.
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (logo, text, images, design) is owned by Pro Chauffeurs and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

12. Amendments

Pro Chauffeurs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
